Account Questions:

Am I allowed to have more than one account?
We allow one account per individual. There may be more than one account per household, however each person registering an account must have a separate computer and separate ISP to participate in our program.

How can I log into my account?

How can I cancel my account?
Go to your user info page and at the bottom of the page you enter your user name and password, then click cancel.

How can I cancel receiving your newsletters?
Your affiliateship in our program allows bigdaddymails.com to send you email messages and advertisements. You may not cancel receiving email ads from bigdaddymails.com without terminating your affiliateship in our program and forfeiting any and all earnings. Log in to your account and click the "User Account Info." Link. At the bottom of the page you will find the option to "Cancel Account".

How can I change my personal information?
Log in to your account and click the "User Account Info." link. You will be able to edit any of your information except your Affiliate ID.

I live outside the US, can I join?
Only members from the following countries may perform join: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States.
Anyone joining must read and understand English.

I have Web-TV, can I join too?
Yes, though some programs will not allow WEB-TV users to join their program, we welcome WEB-TV users. Our efficient tracking method allows WEB-TV users full earning privileges.


Earnings Questions:

How much do I earn by participating in paid-emails?
Each advertiser pays a different amount per unique visit. These amounts change frequently so we cannot give an exact amount for each visit, however we do give you a large percentage of the amount we earn.

How can I request payment?
Affiliates may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by Big Daddy Mails. Your payment id must match the name on the account you registered with..ie..your name is Jane Smith, the Paypal account must be in the name of Jane Smith. Any exceptions to this must be made known to Big Daddy Mails or your account will be terminated. Affiliates may earn by referring new affiliates to the Big Daddy Mails program. Affiliates will earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected by Big Daddy Mails.
Big Daddy Mails will pay affiliates when their balance reaches the minimum payout rate ($4.00 for free members and free upgraded members). Once the member has reached payout, they may request payment. Free members MUST have $2.40 in PERSONAL EARNINGS (no downline earnings, prizes, ptp, etc.) in order to be paid. Upgraded members must have $.50 in PERSONAL EARNINGS (no downline earnings, prizes, ptp, etc.) in order to be paid. This requirement applies to EVERY payout request, NOT just the first. In addition, since this is a paid to read site, you must have at least $2.40 of your earnings in paid to read emails. Members will be limited to a maximum of $4.00 per payout in an effort to reduce the number of members who "save up" for payout. This puts a strain on our funds and allows us to pay fewer members each time. Everyone may request payout once per 30 day period. Payments will be made within 90 days or a reasonable time after. Please note just because you have requested payout, do not become inactive waiting to be paid. If you do not log in and click at least 5 email liks every 14 days you will be considered inactive and deleted.
To request payouts, please mail management through the contact page, with your user name and payment information. Your account will then be verified and earnings verified and you will be placed in order of payouts requested and informed as to approximate time you will receive your payout. Your payment id must match the name on the account you registered with..ie..your name is Jane Smith, the Paypal account must be in the name of Jane Smith. For any reason should the payment id be different you must have prior approval from Big Daddy Mails management staff.

Referral Questions:

How can I refer other affiliates?
You may place a link with your referral url to bigdaddymails.com on your website. You may add your referral url to your email signature. You can give out flyers or advertise in any way you wish except for Spamming.

What is my referral link?
Your personal referral link can be found on your personal "Referral links" page.

What can I earn through referrals?
Affiliates will earn from 1 levels of referrals
Level 1 = 20%

Are my referral earnings working?
Yes, referral earnings are updated once a day. You must be active on our site to earn from your referrals
To qualify to receive earnings from your downline, you must login at least once every 20 days and click on at least 55% of the ads we send out.
