By signing up and actively using the Big Daddy Mails program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Big Daddy Mails may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its affiliates. Affiliates will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an e-mail to their primary contact e-mail address provided upon signing up with Big Daddy Mails. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the Big Daddy Mails program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

We reserve the right to refuse and/or delete ANY account we feel necessary. We do NOT take deletion of accounts lightly. We will NOT tolerate cheating of ANY kind nor will we tolerate vulgar language, threatening, abusive or harassing emails or abusive, threatening or harassing posts at public forums. If you see fit to send us nasty emails or cheat - your account will be deleted and you will be banned from this site permanently. The use of Click Software is considered a violation of these terms and will result in the member forfeiting their account and all earnings and referrals. The use of click software will be considered fraudulent activity.

Admin messages/emails/Site Communications
All admin messages, emails and any communications from this site are the sole property of this site and may not be reposted ANY PLACE!! Reposting any communications from this site will result in termination! And will result in loss of all earnings, upgrades, downlines and advertising! You will NOT be reinstated!
Abusive treatment/language/communications of any staff member of this site will result in termination from this and all other Arkansas Enterprises sites. And you will not be reinstated! It will result in loss of all upgrades, downlines, earnings and advertising. No exceptions!

Responsibility of Affiliates:

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program is open to both US and International affiliates and is void where prohibited by local governing laws.
You must fill in complete user information:
This includes proper names, no abbreviations, proper payment information and checking proper keywords. Those accounts without complete information are subject to being deleted without notice
Only members from the following countries may perform join: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States.
Anyone joining must read and understand English.
You MUST remain an active (free and free upgraded) member, meaning you must sign in and click links every 14 days or you will be deleted. Just logging in and not clicking will be considered inactive.
In actives accounts will be deleted and will reult in loss of all earnings,upgrades, downlines and advertising.
If you must be absent from the site for any reason, please let us know if possible.
Free upgraded members must click 50 links per month to retain the free upgrade.
Paid upgrading WILL NOT preclude you from being deleted for inactivity. However, paid upgraded members will not be considered inactive until 40 days. If you have not signed in to your account and clicked links within the last 40 days, we will assume you no longer wish to be a member here and purge your account, resulting in the loss of all downline members, earnings and benefits in that account at that time.

Inactive accounts will be purged from the site within 30 days of inactivity and can not be reinstated.

You may only set your account on vacation for a maximum of 30 days, unless you have contacted the webmaster PRIOR to setting vacation. Any accounts that have been set on vacation for more than 1 month will be subject to the rules of inactivity stated above and will be deleted if inactive. You must be active within 5 days of the vacation period ending. You MUST remove the vacation dates from your account when the vacation period ends.
You MUST be able to read English to participate in our program. "English Tests" are sent out to all members. Failure of two (2) English Tests will result in account deletion. ALL advertisements shall be written in English for English language sites only. No other languages will be accepted.
If you click the "I Don't Speak English" or "I Cheat" or "Take My Money" boxes in the Interests section, your account WILL be DELETED. If any "bad" keywords are checked you will be deleted without fail and without notice.
If you do not read and check the keywords that you HAVE read the terms, your account will be deleted.
Any use of any type of bot/click software is considered cheating and will not be allowed in any form!! Anyone using any such method of clicking will be terminated from this and all other Arkansas Enterprises sites! And the user name will be shared with other ptr/ptc site owners!!
Please note that all ip's will be checked and must be from the country you registered with....proxy/false information/false ip's allowing countries outside what we accept as members will result in termination!!

You agree to and must use your own name and e-mail address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different e-mail addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing Big Daddy Mails account. You may not share payout accounts with another individual that has an existing Big Daddy Mails account.
You will use your e-mail address / password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change this information by logging into your account and following the "User Account Info." link. Use of "SQUID" is prohibited. If your IP registers as "SQUID" your account may be deleted. Proxies are not allowed for anyone searching. Aol users are considered proxy users and may not search. No exceptions. We will no longer accept any proxy user of any kind or from any isp.
If we send a personal mail to your account mail address you have used and it either bounces or you do not reply with in five days, your account will be suspended. If you do not mail within another 5 days of the suspension, we will consider you have entered an invaild email address and your account will be terminated and all downlines and earnings will be lost.
When asked to reply to messages sent in an admin and you either choose to ignore to answer said admin or not reply to admin message, your account will be suspended for 5 days and if no response after that date the account will be terminated and all down lines and earnings lost.
If an admin message is sent to the entire affiliate ship and you choose a wrong answer, such as Delete me or I could care less, or choose multiple answers (unless multiple answers are indicated) your account will be deleted and not be reinstated. This is considered failing a reading test.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your Big Daddy Mails account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account.
Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by Big Daddy Mails be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action.
Any cheaters user names will be shared with other owners in a private owners forum.
Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation e-mail for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination.
You may not sell your account or your down line. If we find that a downline has been sold, we will disassemble the down line and remove the buyer and seller from our program.

You may not sell any redemptions to any outside members or to other members of this site, doing so will result in immediate termination from the program!.

You must maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up Big Daddy Mails . You must maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up with Big Daddy Mails. You agree to receive e-mail advertising from Big Daddy Mails, limited to no more than (100) per day.
In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages from Big Daddy Mails, your account will be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts returned for being Full, those returned as non deliverable or no such address. In the cases of a full mailbox, you will be set to both mail and on site, if mails continue to bounce your account will be terminated and all earnings, down lines and upgrades lost. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination. Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.

Relationship of the Parties:

You and Big Daddy Mails are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and Big Daddy Mails. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of Big Daddy Mails. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.

Limitation of Liability:

Big Daddy Mails will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or Big Daddy Mails program, even if Big Daddy Mails has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, Big Daddy Mails aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement. We do not endorse any advertisements and you are urged to join or become a part of advertised sites at your own discretion. Use your own good judgment and common sense when joining any program and you should be sure to read any and all terms of any site before you join.
Payments:

Affiliates may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by Big Daddy Mails.
Your payment id must match the name on the account you registered with..ie..your name is Jane Smith, the PayPal account must be in the name of Jane Smith.
Any exceptions to this must be made known to Big Daddy Mails or your account will be terminated.
Affiliates may earn by referring new affiliates to the Big Daddy Mails program. Affiliates will earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected by Big Daddy Mails.
Big Daddy Mails will pay affiliates when their balance reaches the minimum payout rate ($4.00 for free members and free upgraded members).
Once the member has reached payout, they may request payment.
Free members MUST have $1.60 in PERSONAL EARNINGS (no down line earnings, prizes, ptp, etc.) in order to be paid....plus have $2.00 in emails. This is a paid to read site, not a paid to click site!! Anyone found doing only paid to clicks will be deleted.
This requirement applies to EVERY payout request, NOT just the first.
Members will be limited to a maximum of $4.00 per payout in an effort to reduce the number of members who "save up" for payout. This puts a strain on our funds and allows us to pay fewer members each time.
Everyone may request payout once per 30 day period. Payments will be made within 90 days or a reasonable time after.
Please note just because you have requested payout, do not become inactive waiting to be paid. If you do not log in and click at least 5 email links every 14 days you will be considered inactive and deleted.
To request payouts, please mail management through the contact page, with your user name and payment information. Your account will then be verified and earnings verified and you will be placed in order of payouts requested.
Your payment id must match the name on the account you registered with..ie..your name is Jane Smith, the Paypal account must be in the name of Jane Smith. For any reason should the payment id be different you must have prior approval from Big Daddy Mails management staff.

PLEASE NOTE:
ALL ACCOUNT INFORMATION MUST BE CORRECT, INCLUDING PAYMENT INFORMATION. IF YOU PROVIDE FALSE INFORMATION YOU WILL BE DELETED WITH NO REINSTATEMENT AND NO PAYOUT.
YOU MUST BE ACTIVE TO BE PAID, THIS MEANS YOU MAY NOT BE ON VACATION.
YOU MUST BE ACTIVE TO BE PAID, THIS MEANS YOU MUST FOLLOW THE REQUIREMENT OF CLICKING AT LEAST 35 EMAIL LINKS EVERY 30 DAYS!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!
YOU MUST HAVE READ THE TERMS AND MUST MEET ALL THE TERMS.
YOU MUST NOT HAVE ANY "BAD" KEYOWRDS SELECTED.
YOU MUST MEET PAYOUT REQUIREMENTS CONCERNING PAID EMAILS AND NOT HAVE A MAJORITY OF PTC EARNINGS.
MEMBERS WHO FOLLOW TERMS WILL ALWAYS BE PAID FIRST!!

Spam:

You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your affiliate ship with Big Daddy Mails and may result in legal prosecution. Big Daddy Mails strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. Big Daddy Mails may charge up to $5 per spam e-mail sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. Big Daddy Mails will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
Advertising:

Big Daddy Mails does not accept advertising for Drug related, Tobacco products, Adult, Illegal, Gambling, MLM, Ponzi, get rich quick schemes, HYIP, Randomizers, sites that promote or encourage racism or "hate", or Non-English language sites. We reserve the right to refuse to advertise sites that are clearly unsustainable as shown by their site information as well as advertise sites with webmasters who have clearly used unethical business practices.
Points are not converted and are used for ad redemptions which you will find listed in your members area.
Any Member/Advertiser who purchases and/or redeems for an ad for any non-allowed advertisement - will forfeit the amount of redemption or payment. We do NOT issue refunds.
All links and banners sent must be working correctly and banner images must work correctly. If your banner image does not work, the advertisement may be rejected or a generic banner used, in any case a refund will not be issued. A rejection notice may be sent at the managements discretion. This applies to submitted upgrade ads and redemptions as well as purchased advertising.
Once in awhile a ad may be sent for the wrong amounts, errors do occur. These "wrong" ads will be rolled back and the amounts deducted from your account. Then a new advertisement will be issued with the correct amount.
If any member trys to "cash out" over a wrong link sent, they will be removed and blocked from the site!
This is considered cheating, as it is understood mistakes can be made and we do appreciate the honest members who report such wrong links.
Cheating:

If you are caught using ANY kind of "cheating" software; ie., mass sign-up software or link grabbing software, YOU WILL BE DELETED!!
If you click 3 or more Cheat Links or Cheat Banners, your account WILL be DELETED and you will forfeit all prior earnings and referrals. Our Cheat Links are ALL clearly marked and there is NO excuse for clicking on more than three. If your account is deleted for clicking more than 3 Cheat Links or Cheat Banners; DO NOT ask me to give you another chance! You had at least 3 and you abused the chance and our advertisers by not paying attention to what you were clicking.
If you Search from a disallowed Country, your account WILL be DELETED and you will forfeit all prior earnings and referrals. Only members from the following countries may perform searches: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States.
If your account is deleted for cheating, do NOT re-join. Your new account will be deleted.
We are an honest and paying site and will NOT tolerate cheating. Nor will we tolerate threats by former members who have been deleted for cheating. We NEVER delete ANY member for no reason and it is absolutely ridiculous to make such an accusation.
